Bad Address List
The Bad Address List is a list of shareholders or descendants whose information needs to be updated. It is important, and a shareholders responsibility, to ensure your mailing address and other contact information is kept current. The corporation needs updated mailing addresses to send out important information and proxies at annual meeting time. Hungwitchin will withhold payment until the shareholder notifies the corporation of a good mailing address.

Unsettled Estate List
The Unsettled Estates List includes deceased shareholders whose shares have not yet been transferred to their heirs. In many cases, we are missing required documentation or have been unable to establish contact with family members. Completing this process is important to ensure shares are properly transferred and future distributions reach the rightful heirs.
